HeartCycle Bicycle Touring Club Membership Terms and Conditions

For myself or for a member of my family who is under the age of 18, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to these terms and will absolve and hold harmless HeartCycle Bicycle Touring Club, and its officers and members and any other parties connected with club–sponsored rides in any way whatsoever, individually and collectively from and against any blame or liability for any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience or damage suffered or sustained as a result of participation in said club-sponsored rides or  associated activities.

I consent to and permit emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness.

I  agree to abide by traffic laws and regulations and practice courtesy and safe cycling, including wearing a properly fitting helmet when participating in all club rides.

I agree that membership contact information may not be used for non-club commercial purposes.

I agree to receive email communications from HeartCycle, knowing that I may unsubscribe at any time. 

I understand that annual Membership renewal is required to participate in club rides. I understand that these terms can be modified by the HeartCycle board from time to time and will be available as updated on the club website.
